Well as I am on the plane, I decided to start writing some notes about my experience with this whole 'reality' TV thing.  Turns out that I'm flying with Charles, another driver. I did meet him almost two years ago now, he was in the audition/test session after mine, he is a nice guy and will be a formidable opponent. Now that I'm actually on the way I'm feeling a little less nervous, but more excited. Charles and I are planning on having lunch together in Phoenix as we have a 3 hour layover, Yuk! But it really is not that big of a deal. Charles has heard that we'll have 1on1 competitions down to the final four, but it is hard to say what the actual format will be. I'm sure as we get to Colorado Springs the intensity of the "reality" of it will escalate! The are putting us up in a big house, and we start off right away with TV interviews and such, hopefully we will not have film crews here all night every night, it is always nice to have some 'down time' after races and if there are TV crews and cameras around all the time there will not be much downtime... anyway stay tuned and as always...
