BMX Events
During the summer of 2008 I decided to dust off my old BMX cruiser and take it for a spin around the local track. Along the way my step-son, step-daughter and god son have tried it too. Sydney has decided that BMX racign is not for her, But Jim and I are continuing to ride. Since then Jim and I have acquired ODI grips and FELT bikes as sponsors. We have about 5-6 ABA nationals we are planning on going to, and when we are not traveling we will try to go to Pine View as much as possible, so if your around, keep your eyes peeled for Team Donahue Harley-Davidson / Revolution Cycle and Ski. Going Modified Racing
Just about a year ago, I found out that a guy down the road from the shop that owns a couple dirt modified cars has been gracious enough to put guys in his cars. I stopped to introduce myself, and I had also mailed him a letter. I talked with him about getting a chance to drive a dirt modified, explained to him what I have raced, some experience etc... We talked a couple more times, and he has rebuilt and updated a chassis and it is just about done for me to drive this year!
